The Agroforestry Research Trust in Devon has developed a fantastic food forest over more than 30 years. Browse the wonderful resources under ‘courses’, ‘shop’, and ‘agroforestry’. I attended their 2nd symposium a couple of years ago and found it truly educational and inspirational, so I was shocked along with many others to hear that their landlord, the Dartington Hall Trust, wanted to terminate the lease and likely bulldoze this site which is of exceptional value for environment, climate, food research and international collaboration. Due to public pressure, the Trust has agreed to uphold the lease until it ends in 3.5 years, so the focus is now on negotiation and discussion about how to permanently protect the forest garden. Continued public pressure is needed.
