Building Climate Awareness
Project
Skye Climate Action is working to increase awareness and understanding of the climate emergency, as it affects Skye, Scotland and the world as a whole.
Our column in the West Highland Free Press
Now that the West Highland Free Press has resumed publication after the first COVID-19 lockdown, we are continuing our monthly guest column on climate issues written by Kirsty Watt. Kirsty is studying journalism at Strathclyde University, and is currently based at her parent’s home on Skye.
Our thanks go to Kirsty, and to Keith MacKenzie at WHFP, for helping to us to reach communities across Skye and the region with information on the climate emergency and what is being doing on Skye. Read Kirsty’s column below.
