Scottish Government is consulting on public engagement strategy for transition to net zero

The Scottish Government has opened a consultation on its Draft Public Engagement Strategy, which sets out an overarching framework for engaging the people of Scotland in the transition to a net zero and climate ready nation. The Government wants people in Scotland to be aware of the action the Scottish Government is taking, and to actively participate in shaping fair and inclusive policies. Government wants taking action on climate change to be normalised and encouraged in communities and places across Scotland.

The consultation closes on 17th March 2021.
