The Australian Climate Council Climate Anxiety Toolkit has many resources and suggestions.

Scottish Community Climate Action Network has a series of online sessions to talk with others concerned about climate change and share what’s happening in communities around Scotland. They offer mutual support and off-loading as well as understanding and countering climate misinformation.
