Skye Beach Cleans wants your beach ropes, nets and string

Our aim is to remove 10 tonnes of rope, net and string from the shores of Skye and turn it into plant pots, but we need your help.

We need you to collect whatever fishing rope, net and string you can find for us to collate and sort.

We can take small pieces and offcuts as well as bigger pieces of rope. You can collect a few bags when you have the chance, even if you can’t make it to bigger events/cleans.

Please get in touch via skye.beachcleans@gmail.com if you have rope/nets/string or if you want to find out more about getting involved!
