While on holiday in South Uist, Neil Roberts, a member of Skye Naturalists Network, rediscovered Depastrum cyathiforme, a stalked jellyfish that resembles a thistle flower.
Last seen on UK shores in 1954, it was thought to be extinct. Read more about this species here.
