Scottish Land Commission survey and route map

The Scottish Land Commission is seeking ideas on what a fully land reformed Scotland could look like, and what it would mean to you. There’s a short online form with two main questions:

1. What changes would you like to see in how land is owned and used in Scotland and what difference would that make to you, your community or your work?
2. When you think about land in your area, what’s most important to you?

The Land Commission has also developed a Route Map as a practical guide to help communities to benefit from nature restoration. It shows how to involve local communities from the start, agree fair outcomes, and make sure natural capital projects – like peatland restoration, woodland creation, and biodiversity work – benefit the people who live and work in those areas.
