Workshop: Decentralising the energy grid

Cornelia Helmcke is a researcher from St Andrews who is studying land conflicts related to renewable energy development. She is organising a workshop series across the Scottish Islands to discuss the electricity grid constraints faced by islanders, develop policy recommendations for change, and explore the potential for decentralised infrastructure and decision-making. The idea is to brainstorm with the community and relevant organisations about the potentials and challenges to the grid. Please see the flyer below for more information.
