Join us to explore the history of land resistance in Skye, reimagine what land reform could look like, develop strategies for land struggles in the modern era, and help us build a strong people’s movement for land justice in Scotland.
We will meet at 11am at Dunvegan Community Hall, and travel by community bus to two different sites of historical land struggle. At each site we will hear stories from local crofters and historians, and explore the past, present and future of land resistance in the area. We will finish the day back at the hall with a discussion on demands and strategies for land justice.
