Marine Litter Networking event with Scottish Islands Federation
Venue: West Highland Hotel, Mallaig
The Scottish Islands Federation is busy planning a local event to get a wide variety of people together to discuss the problem of marine litter in island and coastal areas and collaborate on possible solutions in a joined up way. There will be key speakers, discussions and a market place for you to promote/share your work on marine pollution/collecting and recycling marine plastics/ waste management.
Travel – You can get the train on the day from Fort William at 8.30 am, going back at 4.05 pm. If coming from Skye you can get the 9.25 am ferry and return at 4.15 pm.
