Trees on Crofts with Phil Knott, Wildlife Croft, Drumfearn, Skye

Since 2015, Phil and his family have been expanding the tree cover on their croft to increase biodiversity and produce resources such as firewood, woodchip, basketry willow, apples, and other fruits. In his event, Phil will explore the many benefits of trees for crofters, covering essential topics such as drainage, nitrogen fixation, animal forage, and biodiversity.Lunch included (soup and sandwiches).
