ReRoot Excursion

ReRoot is visiting Donald Murdie and Sue on their croft in Galtrigill, north of Dunvegan.

Donald and Sue acquired a derelict croft 17 years ago and developed it on organic principles to become a productive area, providing for their own needs with surplus made available to the local community. They put particular emphasis on soil health and are happy to share some of their knowledge and experience with us.

We’ll walk round the croft and growing areas first and then there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion over a cup of tea and nibbles.

Numbers are limited to about 20 people, so please get in touch if you’d like to come along,
Car sharing is encouraged to get there and we may further share transport by leaving some vehicles in Dunvegan as there is not much parking space at the croft.
