Climate Emergency UK has published its Council Climate Action Scorecards Draft Methodology. They will use this to mark all UK councils on the actions they’re taking towards net zero, focussing on seven topics: transport, buildings & heating, governance & finance, planning, biodiversity, collaboration & engagement, waste reduction & food.
