Covid-19 has exposed the many fault-lines in our food system. How can we ensure that recovery is founded in human rights, with social and environmental justice at its heart? Why should the Right to Food be incorporated into Scots law?
Scottish Labour MSP Elaine Smith has opened a public consultation on her proposal to put the right to food into law.
Nourish Scotland has written a guide-to-responding to the consultation, with some suggestions for what you might want to include in your responses. You don’t have to answer every question, but policy-makers want to hear your opinion on as many of the questions as possible.
